Norio Sugaya

Visiting Professor, Department of Pediatrics, Keio University, School of Medicine, Japan

Norio Sugaya has been a long-standing member of the ISRV Council and is particularly active in the ISRV Antiviral Group (AVG). He was directly responsible for the delivery of a very successful AVG meeting in Tokyo (2014). He also serves on the Editorial Board for the ISRV Journal (IORV).

He has an M.D. from Keio University, School of Medicine, 1972.

He is visiting professor, 2005 to present at the Department of Pediatrics, Keio University, School of Medicine. He has also been a panel member, 2009 to present on WHO Guidelines for Pharmacological Management of Pandemic Influenza (H1N1) 2009 and other Influenza Viruses.
