- Media contact details: Full name, contact information (email, phone number).
- Publication information: Name of the publication, website, and any relevant section or department.
- Story topic: A clear description of the subject matter of the article.
- Interview angle: The specific perspective or focus you are looking to explore in the interview.
- Name of interviewee: If known, or if request is for a research or clinical respiratory scientist.
- Reason for requesting the interview: Why this individual is particularly relevant to your story.
- Publication details: Whether the story will be published online, in print, or both, and the expected date of publication.
