Hotel Accommodation Terms & Conditions

The 8th ISIRV AVG Meeting & 3rd IMRP 2025 Housing Bureau has compiled the following information to assist you in securing hotel accommodation near the conference venue. This information is given in good faith, and all reservations are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the respective hotels.

To book your accommodation, please click on “Book Now” to access direct links to participating hotels. All bookings are made directly with the respective hotels and will be charged by them accordingly.

Once you complete your booking and payment via the hotel’s website, you will receive an immediate confirmation with a booking number.

Please note:

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Room rates include breakfast for one or two guests, depending on the room type selected.
• Rates are exclusive of taxes and fees (denoted as “++”), which comprise a 10% service charge and a 9% Goods & Services Tax (GST), or any prevailing government taxes applicable at the time of billing.

It is important to note that hotel check-in and check-out times may vary. Please refer to your confirmation for specific timings. Standard check-in is from 15:00 hrs, and check-out is at 12:00 hrs. A 50% room charge applies for check-out before 18:00 hrs, and a full night’s charge applies for check-out after 18:00 hrs.

Please review your flight itinerary to determine your arrival time in Singapore. If you arrive in the morning, before the standard check-in time, we strongly recommend booking an additional night to ensure immediate access to your room upon arrival. This extra night will only be reserved if requested in advance during the booking process or communicated directly to the hotel.

If you need a late check-out, please let the hotel know when you arrive. Your room key will need to be reactivated to extend room access beyond the standard check-out time.
