How do I begin an online registration?

Review the registration categories and ISRV Member vs. Non-Member eligibility requirements before clicking the “New Registration” button and completing the prompts and informational fields.

I cannot find my Registration Confirmation email.

A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official invoice and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “additional email address” field, if entered)

If you have not received your registration confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
  2. Check your clutter and spam folders.
  3. Email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com and request that your registration confirmation be resent.

What are the available payment methods?

Credit card, check, and wire transfer payments are all accepted methods of payment. All payments must be received within 30 days of completing your registration to avoid cancellation of your record due to non-payment. Please note that only credit card payments will be accepted for registrations that are submitted after Friday, 17 July 2026.

If you are paying by credit card, the vendor on your statement will be “Conference Solutions”.

If you are paying by check, please select that option on the payment page during your registration. You will need to indicate the registrant’s name(s) and reference number(s) on the check, make it payable to “Conference Solutions,” and mail the check to the following address:

If you are paying by wire transfer (non-US institutions ONLY), you will select that option on the payment page and complete the required fields. The $35 wire transfer fee will be automatically applied to your registration total. Once the fields are complete and the registration is submitted, you must email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to request your invoice with the wire transfer details.

What is included in the Conference registration fee?

Full Conference registration includes access to all sessions and scientific programming, entry to the Tradeshow, and conference meals; including optional breakfast and lunch sponsored seminars as noted on the posted Conference agenda (offered on a “first come, first served” basis), and refreshments at the Welcome Reception and Poster Sessions. Two abstract submissions are included at no additional cost.

What is not included in the Conference registration fee?

Advance registration and additional fees are required for the Banquet, mini-school and other optional items. Registrants are not able to “opt-out” or purchase meals separate from conference registration.

Can I just attend one day of the Conference?

One-day registration is available and includes* access to all sessions and scientific programming, entry to the Tradeshow, and conference meals; including optional breakfast and lunch sponsored seminars as noted on the posted Conference agenda (offered on a “first come, first served” basis), and refreshments at the Welcome Reception and Poster Sessions. Advance registration and additional fees are required for the Banquet, mini-school and other optional items. Registrants are not able to “opt-out” or purchase meals separate from conference registration.

*Limited to the day selected upon registering as a One-Day attendee.

Are letters of invitation available for visa purposes?

Yes! A link to create your own personalized letter of invitation to Options XIII is included in your registration confirmation email.

Can I register on-site?

Yes, on-site registration for the Conference is available during registration hours as noted on the Conference agenda.

Do you offer group discounts?

There are no group discounts offered for the Conference.

I have already completed my registration, but I need to modify it. How can I do that?

Please click here to login with the email you used at the time of registration and the reference number that was assigned to you upon confirming your registration. Some modifications must be facilitated through the Registration Manager. If you find you are unable to make your necessary modifications, please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com for additional assistance.

I can no longer attend the Conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?

Know someone else who is interested in attending in your place? Substitution requests can be made simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be initiated by the original registrant at any time, including at the onsite registration desk. A unique registration link will be shared to allow the substituting registrant to select any optional individual items and to process payment for the $50 substitution fee. Optional individual conference items (such as the banquet or the mini-school) are non-transferable and will be refunded to the original registrant if substitution request is made on or before the cancellation deadline of 17 July 2026.

I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com on or before 17 July 2026 to receive a partial refund, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 17 July 2026. Credit card refunds must be made to the same account used for payment.

If, for any reason, the 2026 Options XIII Conference should be canceled, Options XIII will refund the registration fee. Options XIII is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs.

I still want to attend the Conference, but need to cancel my optional agenda items. What is the cancellation policy for optional agenda items?

Cancellation of optional individual conference items received on or before 17 July 2026 will receive a full refund for those items. Cancellations can be made by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. We are unable to offer a refund for optional individual conference items after 17 July 2026.

Can I obtain a Certificate of Attendance?

Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be available after the Conference. More information to come!

I have some allergies, dietary preferences, and/or additional participation needs. How do I notify the Conference?

You will be able to indicate your dietary allergens and preferences during your registration to help aid in planning. The venue is not a dedicated allergen-free facility, and while precautions are taken, there is no guarantee that cross-contact will not occur during preparation or service. The conference strives to consider a variety of dietary preferences in the meal planning process, and aims to offer a wide range of options that satisfy many preferences (vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-friendly).

During your registration, you will be able to provide additional participation accommodations that the Conference should be aware of to help facilitate your participation (e.g. mobility access, space for lactation needs or religious observances). If you have essential accommodations required for your participation, please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com prior to completing your registration to ensure the request can be fulfilled. Requests received within 60 days of the start of the conference may not be able to be accommodated.

Can I bring a guest?

Guest passes for the Conference Banquet and the Poster Receptions are available for purchase during your registration. Conference Banquet tickets are available for $125 each. If you would like to have a guest join you at any of the three poster receptions, you may purchase a guest pass for $150 each.

Guest registration for scientific programming or the Welcome Reception is not available.
