Options XIII is committed to supporting trainees and early-career investigators through both abstract and scholarship award opportunities.

ABSTRACT AWARDS

Merit-based awards are available to post-doctorates, graduate students, and trainees whose abstracts receive high scores during the review process.

Award Includes

• Complimentary registration

Eligibility & Application

• Applicants must submit an abstract
• Award questions must be completed within the abstract submission form
• The abstract submission and award application link will be included in your registration confirmation email

Notification & Refund

• Award decisions will be communicated with abstract disposition notices on Friday, May 15, 2026
• Awards are non-transferable

Important Dates

• Abstract Submission and Award Application Deadline: Friday, April 10, 2026
• Award Notices will be sent: Friday, May 15, 2026

SCHOLARSHIPS

Need-based awards are intended to support post-doctorates, graduate students and trainees who may not otherwise be able to attend the conference due to financial constraints.

The award submission site will open in early March 2026, and eligibility and application criteria will be posted soon.

Award Includes

• Complimentary registration
• Accommodation and/or travel support

Eligibility & Policies

• Awardees are responsible for all travel-related expenses beyond what is provided by the award
• Awards are non-transferable
