Poster Abstract Guidelines
Abstracts for Poster Presentation only are now invited to be submitted for the 4th Correlates of Protection for Next Generation Influenza Vaccines Meeting taking place at the Aula der Wissenschaften, Vienna, Austria from 15-17 October 2025.
Submit your abstract in one of the following themes:
- Correlates of Protection for mRNA and next-generation vaccine technologies
- Mucosal, B & T cell immunity and correlates
- Immunological assays for measuring correlates
- Study designs for correlates
- Animal models for measuring correlates
- Regulatory challenges of correlates
Abstract Submission Details & Guidelines
- Authors are welcome to submit up to 2 abstracts as presenting author for a poster presentation.
- Authors can be co-authors on multiple abstracts.
- Abstracts must be typed in English.
- Abstracts must be typed into the submission form (type in the box).
- Word Limit: maximum 300 words in the body of the abstract. Abstracts over this limit will be asked to be revised to the word limit.
- Abstracts should be thoroughly checked for correct spelling and grammar before finalising the submission.
- Late Breaker Abstracts must be submitted by 23:59 (UTC) on Friday 29 August 2025 for consideration by the Committee.
During the abstract submission process, you will be required to provide:
- Title of abstract
- Theme of abstract (from themes listed above)
- First and last names of all authors
- Full affiliations list for all authors
- Abstract content of maximum 300 words
Once you have submitted your abstract, you will receive an automated email confirming your submission.
CoP2025 reserves the right to remove abstracts from any publication that does not comply with the above.
Terms and Conditions
The submission of an abstract indicates an understanding of the following terms and conditions for participation in CoP 2025;
- All authors must approve of submitting their abstracts for presentation.
- At least one author needs to be available to present in person if selected.
- All abstracts are to be within the maximum limit of 300 words.
- There is only one Presenting Author per abstract submission.
- Please ensure that you include all information requested in the online abstract submission portal.
- Authors must present new data only, which have not been presented or published anywhere.
- Presenting Authors of accepted abstracts must be registered to present their oral or poster, if accepted.
- Failure to register by 23.59 (UTC) 30th September when registration closes, may result in withdrawal from the programme.
