Registration is now closed

Registrations for the Cop2025 taking place from 15-17 October 2025 in Vienna is now open.

Registration fees include access onsite to the session listed in the Scientific Program. The fees also include all lunch and refreshment breaks listed.

Social functions and accompanying person registrations may be subject to a separate fee and will be advertised as such. Additional details coming soon.

Registration Fee Types 

  • Regular Delegate Registration is for anyone who does not qualify as a student or originating from a Lower Middle Income Country (LMIC).
  • Student Delegates will be required to provide proof of student status before completing payment.
  • To qualify for the LMIC Registration you must be based in a Lower Middle Income Country (LMIC), as classified by the World Bank. Click here to view the World Bank Classification. This initiative aims to enhance global participation and accessibility, ensuring a diverse and inclusive Meeting experience.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Registration fees can be refunded in full up to 1 September 2025.

From 2nd September – 30 September 2025, registration fees can be refunded less an administration fee of €85.00.

Full registrations are transferable.

Please note, there will be no refunds after 30 September 2025. Exceptional circumstances will be given due consideration and, if approved, refunds will be processed after the conference.
