Registration for RSV2027, April 14 – 17, 2027 in Santiago de Compostela, Spain is now open!

Registration fees include onsite access to all scientific sessions listed in the Program. The fees also include the Welcome & Poster Receptions, all lunch and refreshment breaks.

Gala Dinner and accompanying person registrations will be subject to a separate fee and will be advertised as such; additional details coming soon.

Registration Fee Types 

• Regular Delegate Registration is for anyone who does not qualify as a student or originating from a Low- and Middle-Income Country (LMIC).

ISRV Member – You will require the email linked to your ISRV membership at the start of the registration process . Unsure of your ISRV Member status or email? Click here to login or contact admin@isrv.global to confirm your membership details.

ISRV Non-Member – Not currently an active ISRV Member? Save money on your conference registration by clicking here to learn more and to sign-up to be able to register at the ISRV Member rate.

• ECR/Student Delegates will be required to provide proof of ECR/student status before completing payment. Student registration is intended for students in full-time education, including PhD students and those who have a maximum of 8 years (whole-time equivalent) of professional experience following the completion of their highest academic degree (e.g., PhD, MD, Master of Public Health) or equivalent.
• Please follow the same steps above if you are an ISRV ECR/Student Member.
• LMIC and ECR/Students in LMICs – to qualify for the LMIC registration, you must be an ISRV Member and based in a Low- and Middle-Income Country (LMIC), as classified by the World Bank. RSV2027 Mini-School

ECRs/Students are also invited to register for the RSV Mini-School on Tuesday 13^th April.  The registration fee is € 30.00.  Please note places are limited and you will be asked if you wish to book the RSV Mini-School during the registration process.

Registration Process:

Please enter your email address for verification. You will then receive a verification code to continue with your registration (please check your junk if you do not receive it in your inbox) This verification will also recognize if you are an ISRV member so you can benefit from the special ISRV Member registration rate.

If you are unsure of your ISRV Member status (or email linked to your ISRV Membership) you can check by logging into the member section of the ISRV website here or contact admin@isrv.global to confirm your membership details.

If you do not wish to become an ISRV Member then follow the verification process and complete your registration.

Registration fees can be refunded in full up to 29 January 2027

From 30 January 2027, registration fees can be refunded less an administration fee of €100

Full registrations are transferable up until 5 March 2027.

Please note, there will be no refunds after 5 March 2027. Exceptional circumstances will be given due consideration and, if approved, refunds will be processed after the conference.

Visa Information

Please check with your local Spanish Embassy regarding any visa requirements to enter Spain.

European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS)

From the last quarter of 2026, the rules of travel to most European countries will change.  Those traveling from 59 visa-exempt countries and territories are required to have a travel authorisation to enter Spain (and 29 other European countries) for a short stay.
